DENCOP delivery
Our company provides regular deliveries to Vienna. Delivery times are determined by the company.
The driver is not obliged to unload the goods - please provide your own staff.shipment abroad
Prices and the method of transporting the shipment abroad are determined individually according to the weight, dimensions of the package and the requirement for speed of transport.

dpd DELIVERY
All small packages are shipped via DPD.
On the day of delivery, the driver will contact you by phone to agree on the handover time and confirm the cash on delivery amount, if applicable.

Opening Hours MO - FRI 7:00 - 15:30 (lunch break 12:00 - 12:30)
If you choose personal collection, always wait for the email that your order is ready for delivery.
The goods must be picked up within 14 days of the notification of the order being ready. Payment can be made in cash or by credit card.
When collecting the goods, please show your order number to speed up the search for the goods. Thank you.
Payment methods
Cash on delivery
Payment upon delivery is possible via DPD and other external shipping providers. After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Payment can be made in cash or by card directly to the delivery driver upon receipt of the goods.
Bank transfer / Online card
Payment online by card in the e-shop or based on an advance invoice. In the case of payment by transfer, we ship the goods as soon as possible after the amount is credited to the account 309445008/0300 (ČSOB). To identify the payment, use the variable symbol on the invoice.
Cash / Credit card
Personal payment possible with the driver during delivery of Dencop, at the headquarters of Dencop Lighting spol. s r.o. in Zlín (Malenovice, Tečovská 1122).
