Pump stand for treatment of neon tubes type D3 and D3 / Z
Third development model of a neon tube production machine. In developing this type, care was taken to ensure that the service and maintenance of the machine were minimal. A big advantage is the possibility of a gradual expansion from the basic D3 / Z model to the maximum D3 model. The design of the machine is designed in such a way that even the customer can easily service or exchange spare parts himself, without the need for service.
The basic model D3 / Z includes:
- Manual safety switch
- Rotary vacuum pump, pumping speed 6 m3 / h
- 2 pcs of gas 12 l, argon / neon mixture and clean neon
- Edwards diffusion pump - pumping speed 60 l sec.
- Transformer, including electron. Regulation - 15 kV / 1.5 A
- Pumping piping with the possibility of pumping neon on one side
- Combined vacuum measurement in the range of 1000 mbar to 1x10-3 mbar in one branch
