Elkamet F trim caps (3 mm) are designed for edging illuminated and non-illuminated 3D channel letters and logos. They are engineered to securely bond and mechanically fasten 3 mm acrylic face sheets to the letter returns (sidewalls). Easy to shape along complex letter contours, they provide clean edge coverage and exceptional UV resistance. Available in a wide selection of RAL and metallic colors, supplied in 4-meter bars or 50-meter rolls.

How are mounted and shaped?
The trim is slotted onto the edge of the cut sheet and secured with plastic adhesive. For corners and curves, the rear flange is notched or heated with a heat gun to follow the contours of the letter easily.
