Service of bending the sides of 3D letters according to your data. We bend on an automatic numerically controlled machine. The default material is machine SIDES.
We can currently offer you a comprehensive range of components for the production of 3D letters PVC + PLEXI + ALUPROFIL 3D + LED + sources, including machining services.
How does the process look like?
Send us the data in curves, on the basis of which we will prepare an offer for side panels, front plexiglass, the back of the PVC letter as well as LED modules and sources. If you are interested, we will also suggest laying out the LED modules using the LED wizard program in the data sent to you, and we will send everything in graphic form. We will then edit the data for the bending machine and then use it for milling Plexiglas and PVC. Finally, we will carefully pack the individual parts and deliver them to the address you have chosen.
What will be up to you?
Complete the letters! That is it will be necessary to glue the side panel with plexiglass, our mounting plate (873), wedges (872) and pins (871) for 3D letters can help you with this. Next, fit the milled PVC back with LED modules (again, our layout from the LED wizard program can help you), prepare the cabling and install everything on the facade.
Notice:
All radiuses for the production of sidewalls must have at least (R) r = 16 mm. With a smaller radius, the machine makes a sharp bend.
