ACP BOND and Debond Panels

BOND and Debond aluminium sandwich panels (ACP – Aluminium Composite Panels) represent a modern, highly durable material. Structurally, they consist of two thin aluminium sheets and an inner LDPE core (standardly with fire reaction class E). Thanks to this sandwich structure, they offer a unique combination of lightness, strength, and perfect flatness that ordinary materials cannot achieve.

Main advantages and properties of bond panels:

• Extreme durability: The surface of the panels is protected by a high-quality varnish (often with a polyester PES coating) which perfectly resists UV radiation and weather conditions. The panels boast high temperature stability from -50 °C to +80 °C.
• Dimensional stability and strength: Despite their very low weight, the panels have high bending and breaking strength. They do not warp, do not yellow, and dampen vibrations excellently (no additional anti-vibration treatments are necessary).

• Ecology: The material is fully recyclable.
  
  

A wide range of colours for every project
In this category, you will find single-colour panel variants that serve as a universal base for advertising and construction projects:

• Standard shades according to the RAL colour chart.
• Available in matte and glossy finishes (for glossy variants, it is always specified which side is glossy).

• The front (visible) side is always protected by a transport foil, while the reverse side is typically treated with a primer intended for further modifications.
  
  

Easy processing and unlimited mounting possibilities
The surface of classic ACP bonds is perfectly smooth, making it perfectly prepared for direct digital printing, advertising printing, screen printing, varnishing, and foil wrapping. The material can be easily mechanically modified by:

• Cutting and formatting
• Routing (including V-grooves for easy bending into 3D shapes)

• Rolling and drilling
  
  

Connecting the panels is possible in many ways:

• Popular interlocking (a system of folding bonds into each other)
• Gluing
• Riveting
• Screwing
