Aluminium sandwich panel ACP Bond (commonly also called dibond) with a thickness of 3 mm and dimensions of 1500 x 4050 mm, composed of two aluminium sheets with a thickness of 0.3 mm and an LDPE core (fire reaction class E). The composite panel is coated with polyester spraying (HDPE) in black RAL 9005 / (PES) white RAL 9003.

ACP Bond panels are characterised by very low weight, dimensional stability, excellent weather resistance and a perfectly smooth and flat surface in various colours and designs. The panels have a semi-matt finish. If the colour is marked “gloss”, that side of the panel is glossy.

Each panel is covered on both sides with a special foil that provides protection during transport, storage and processing.
The panels are resistant to weather and UV radiation (thanks to a high-quality lacquered surface, resistant from -50°C to +80°C).

We offer a wide range of colours and designs:

• according to RAL colours (there may be slight differences between RAL codes and the actual colour)
• imitations of natural materials
• metallic and brushed surfaces

 
ACP Bonds offer the possibility of advertising print, digital print, screen print, painting and lamination.
They are characterised by high bending and breaking strength and dampen vibrations – no anti-vibration treatment is needed, they do not warp and do not yellow. The material is recyclable.

The panels can be processed and finished by:

• cutting
• milling
• grooving
• circle cutting
• edge finishing (protection of the core, also as a design treatment)
• drilling

 
The panels can be joined by:

• interlocking (a system of folding the bonds into each other)
• gluing
• riveting
• screwing
• using profiles (H – 7245556, 7245516; L – 7245566, 7245526; DRIP EDGE - 7244936; FRAME – 7245546, 7244946)

Bond panels are used both in signmaking and in construction: advertising banners and pylons, information boards, POP displays, cladding and decoration, 3D objects, petrol station totems, exhibition stands, mechanically extremely stressed advertising, inner sides of walls and cells, balcony fillings, fence fillings, planter cladding, machine cladding and covering, etc.
