The Veralite cover foil is manufactured in A-PET with increased chemical resistance, which guarantees excellent properties for vacuum shaping, allowing very deep drawing. The material can also be printed. Polyester has a high impact resistance and can be bended to a thickness of 2 mm.
The boards have a protective foil. The material is used for the production of displays, labels, decorations, arranging, packaging, etc. For long-term outdoor use, UV-protected boards are produced. Polyester is easily recyclable. A-PET, however, is not suitable for heat treatment because it becomes white when exposed to high temperatures. However, it has excellent chemical resistance and can be easily printed.
The Veralite 0.6 m thick, 2050x1250 mm film is primarily designed for Clip-Clap snap frames and serves to protect the motif against dirt, adverse effects and mechanical damage.
In addition, the anti-reflective cover film protects against UV radiation.
