Trident
Trident is a milling machine that comes in a standard configuration of 3 devices. It consists of a spindle, a tangential knife, and an oscillating knife, providing you with the right cutting tools for processing virtually all materials used in industry.
Robust construction
Although TRIDENT is a highly versatile machine, it does not sacrifice performance and reliability for its capabilities. Built on a robust all-welded steel frame, a sturdy gantry system, and powerful direct-drive servo motors, the machine is ready to tackle the toughest materials.
Optimized workflow
The AXYZ Vision System (AVS) is used to accurately align all printed material to ensure minimal use of bleed lines. Additional devices, such as a knife calibrator or automatic tool tip sensor, offer further automation to reduce manual processes.
Increases productivity
The unique configuration of TRIDENT allows you to maximize the productivity of a single machine, from O-groove tools for cutting non-ferrous metals to flat single-edged blades for cutting foam sheets.
High speeds
TRIDENT milling machines can achieve travel speeds of up to 55 meters/minute in the X and Y axes and a respectable 25 meters/minute for all cutter head movements in the Z axis.
This is due to the premium drive system, helical rack and pinion.
