The NEON D810 silicone profile is a special 8 x 10 mm profile that is inserted into grooves milled most often in transparent plexiglass sheets. The recommended sheet thickness is at least 6 mm. In this combination, you can create various LED NEON signs, company logos, and other shapes.
The groove for the silicone profile is milled using a special engraving cutter, which leaves tabs on the sides of the groove onto which the profile snaps. This silicone profile covers the LED strips glued in the same groove. If rounded shapes are required, such as letters, it is recommended to combine it with LED strips that are flexible to the sides.
