With us you always get the transport you want. We offer the possibility of personal collection at the headquarters of Dencop Lighting spol. s r.o. in Zlín Malenovice, Tečovská 1122, as well as sending via DPD, Schenker or external couriers and we provide delivery by our own trucks and vans.

SHIPMENT ABROAD
- Prices and the method of transporting the shipment abroad are determined individually according to the weight, dimensions of the package and the requirement for speed of transport. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you are interested in a shipment abroad.
PERSONAL PICKUP
- Personal collection can be made after announcement at the headquarters of Dencop Lighting spol. s r.o. in Tečovská 122, Zlín Malenovice, 763 02, Czech Republic within 14 days from the order. When collecting the goods in person, you will pay in cash in the store. Personal collections are not charged in any way.
- When collecting the goods, please show your order number to speed up the search for the goods. Thank you.
Payments
BY BANK TRANSFER/PAYMENT CARD
- This method of payment is made on the basis of an advance invoice. Here is the amount, the variable symbol to identify the payment and the bank account number. This is the account number 309445008/0300 with ČSOB. Payment can be made by bank transfer or cashier's order. The goods are shipped as soon as possible after the amount for the goods is credited to the seller's account.
