Deplast Print high-quality PVC foamed board with a thickness of 1 mm white. The cellular PVC board is supplied in the size 1220 x 2440 mm. All PVC boards have a protective foil.

Application:

Advertising, construction, industry (fair stands etc.), backside of 3D letters, as a base for LEDs or neon, or as board information boards (exterior, interior).

Treatment:

• Cutting to size: possible with conventional machines and tools.
• Cutting: up to 3 mm thickness can be cut with a knife, bigger thickness can be cutted with a saw.
• Drilling: using common drills with an angle of 100-180°.
• Forming: forming temperature 115-135 °C, hot bending, vacuum forming.
