Alkacryl PMMA adhesive on plexiglass
Professional crystalline clear quick-drying glue 1 - 10 min., For bonding of plexiglass and profiles in advertising, plastics, furniture, automotive and electrotechnical industry. Plexiglass (PMMA), rods, pipes, direction signs etc.

Instructions for Use:
Before bonding, the surface must be clean, free from dust, grease, moisture and other impurities, preferably by MAFIX CLEANER. ALKACRYL PMMA is applied on one side, directly from the tube, by application brush to the surface to be glued. The parts that bond the adhesive are bonded within 30 seconds and pressed together or pressed together until the hardness is reached. The bonding load is after 16 hours, the total cure depends on the condition factors up to 8 weeks. We recommend that, in addition, to optimize the strength of the component, clean the surfaces with a solvent-based cleaner with our ALKAFEN product prior to bonding.
The amount of adhesive to be applied is to be chosen depending on the thickness of the material, the risk of adhesion of the adhesive to the material. During bonding of transparent panels, the bonded surface becomes turbid due to dissolution of the solvent! The open time as well as the final strength can only be determined by self-testing because they are heavily influenced by material, temperature, application rate, air and material humidity, glue film thickness, pressure and other criteria.

Storage:
Store in the original package between + 15ºC and + 25ºC without exposure to direct sunlight. Store in a sealed original package for 12 months. During storage, the viscosity increases.
