The profile for the production of plastic 3D letters is provided with a ribbed rim with holes for mounting the rear plate in its back. The back side is fitted with PVC 10 mm, 1 - 2 mm aluminum plate or ACP - Aluminum Composite Panel. Profiles are made of soft alloy alloy, where the surface of the white variant is treated with PE coating, which guarantees perfect adhesion without the risk of paint cracking during bending.

Thickness: 0.6 mm (for letters up to about 60 cm high) and 0.8 mm (for applications up to 1 m high).Note: The difference in face size versus the back size (PVC) must be at least + 1 mm on each side. Therefore, the slats must always be 2 mm larger!
