Aluminum sandwich panel ACP Bond DIGI with a thickness of 3 mm and dimensions of 1500 x 3050 mm, consisting of two aluminum sheets with a thickness of 0.21 mm and a center of LDPE core (fire reaction class E). The composite panel is provided with a special surface designed for digital printing, which ensures longer color stability of the print. The color of the panel is white RAL 9003 / primer.

ACP Bond panels are characterized by very low weight, dimensional stability, excellent resistance to weather conditions and a perfectly smooth and even surface in various colors and designs. The panels are semi-matte. If the color is marked "gloss", then the given side of the panel is glossy.

Each panel is provided with a special foil on both sides, which provides protection during transportation, storage and processing.

Composite panel characteristics:

• Resistance against UV radiation, excellent weather resistance and temperature resistance from -50° C to +80°C
• Surface treatment with polyester paint – colour stability up to 2 years
• Fine radius bending
• Milling, partial milling and cutting to size
• For partial profiling, bending and folding (for aesthetically high-quality 3D objects)
• Minimal extensibility, no twisting and no yellowish tints after time
• Perfectly smooth surface
