Product detailed description

A2 aluminum sandwich panel with a thickness of 4 mm and dimensions of 1500 x 3050 mm, consisting of two aluminum sheets with a thickness of 0.5 mm and a core made of non-combustible mineral material (fire reaction class A2). The composite panel is coated with polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) in the color silver RAL 9006 / primer.

ACP Bond A2 panels are characterized by dimensional stability, excellent weather resistance and a perfectly smooth and even PVDF surface in various colors and designs. Each panel is covered on both sides with a special foil that provides protection during transportation, storage and processing.

The panels are resistant to weather conditions and UV radiation (thanks to the surface covered with a high-quality varnish with resistance from -50°C to +80°C). When used outdoors, it is necessary to always round the edges to prevent water from entering the core.

• according to RAL colors (there may be slight differences between RAL codes and the actual color)
• imitation of natural materials
• metallic and brushed surfaces

ACP Bondy A2 offers the possibility of advertising printing, digital printing, screen printing, varnishing and lamination.
They are characterized by high bending and breaking strength, dampen vibrations - no need for anti-vibration treatments, do not twist, do not yellow. The material is recyclable.
