Aluminium sandwich panels DeBond A2 thickness 4 mm and dimensions 150 x 305 cm. The Composite Panel is provided with fluor-carbon (PVDF) spraying in antracite RAL 7016 and primer PVDF with 15 years surface warranty.

The Composite Panel is assembled from two aluminium plates thickness 0,5mm and the middle plate from non-flammable core (reaction class A2).

Composite Alu-Bond plates are characterized by very low weight, high stability and excellent weather resistance.

Each panel is provided with protection foil from both sites.

• Resistance against UV radiation, excellent weather resistance and temperature resistance from -50° C do +80°C
• Surface treatment with polyester paint – colour stability up to 5 years
• Fine radius bending
• Milling, partial milling and cutting to size
• For partial profiling, bending and folding (for aesthetically high-quality 3D objects)
• Minimal extensibility, no twisting and no yellowish tints after time
• Perfectly smooth surface
• Class of reaction to fire A2 - non-flammable core
• Certified by: reaction to fire + STO
• PVDF surface: warranty of 15 years

Usage:

Facade cassettes and shaped parts are machined using grooved, rectangular or V-shaped grooves on the back of the material. A 0.5 mm aluminum face plate and a core part (0.3 mm thick) remains intact. The weakened material thickness allows easy manual bending without the use of bending machines.

There are several ways of attaching the facade bond cassettes:

• Cassettes for vertical division of the facade - suspended on stainless steel studs
• SZ20 Cartridges for Horizontal Staging of the Facade - Pen System - Groove
• Cassettes for vertical / horizontal subdivision of the facade - riveting or screwing on the support structure
