Product detailed description

Aluminum Lattice Panel (ALP) is a lattice panel made of 100% aluminium structure instead of normal polyethylene or mineral-filled core. It is the best fire-proof building materials for façade.

Structure

Bond thickness is 4 mm and is made of aluminum lattice core, which is sendwiched by thin aluminum sheets, dupont adhesive foil and on the surface is colored PVDF coating and protective film.

The thickness of the front aluminum is 0.7 mm, the rear aluminum thickness is 0.5 mm.

Weight is 4.3 kg/m².

Structure ALP bond

Advantages

  • Structure - It is very similar to other bonds, but has a different core made of aluminum construction. This makes the entire bond a non-flammable material.
  • Weight – One of the greatest advantages of the A2+ panel is its weight. It is almost 2 times lighter than the A2 panel, which at 1000 m² is the difference in the force applied to the facade of 34,300 N. The walls of the A2+ panel are much safer and have greater resistance to wind pressure.
  • Enviroment friendly - A2+ panel have a profiled aluminium core, which is 100% recyclable. Also there is no pollution during the production and application. It cannot be said about A2 panel with a mineral-filled core, that is not recyclable and also the waste may cause pollution.
  • Formatting - A2+ panel is easier to format, a blade doesn‘t wear out easily, so it reduces the risk of delivery delays. The bond has better formability than the mineral A2 panel, so it doesn‘t affect its stability and flatness.
