Aluminium sandwich panels ACP Bond thickness 3 mm and dimensions 150 x 305 cm. The Composite Panel is provided with polyester (PES) spraying in white RAL 9003 and white RAL 9003.

The Composite Panel is assembled from two aluminium plates thickness 0,3 mm and the middle plate from PE core.
Composite Alu-Bond plates are characterized by very low weight, high stability and excellent weather resistance.
Each panel is provided with protection foil from both sites.

 
Composite panel characteristics:

• Resistance against UV radiation, excellent weather resistance and temperature resistance from -50° C do +80°C
• Surface treatment with polyester paint – colour stability up to 2 years
• Fine radius bending
• Milling, partial milling and cutting to size
• For partial profiling, bending and folding (for aesthetically high-quality 3D objects)
• Minimal extensibility, no twisting and no yellowish tints after time
• Perfectly smooth surface

• Facing facades, building fills, balconies
• Inner sites for mobile homes and containers
• Handouts for advertising and for the construction of advertising boxes
• Suitable for printing

 
Processing:

• Milling, grooving and folding
• Formatting and cutting
• Bending on cylindrical tube benders
• Drilling and riveting
