System of ventilated facades

Facade cassettes and shaped parts are machined using grooved, rectangular or V-shaped grooves on the back of the material. A 0.5 mm aluminum face plate and a core part (0.3 mm thick) remains intact. The weakened material thickness allows easy manual bending without the use of bending machines.
There are several ways of attaching the facade bond cassettes:
- Cartridges for vertical division of the facade - suspended on stainless steel pins
- SZ20 Cartridges for Horizontal Facade Division - Pen-Groove System
- Cartridges for vertical / horizontal subdivision of the facade - riveting or screwing on the supporting structure
Sandwich material Aluminum - core - aluminum - the so-called bondboard as a very proven material for wide use in the building industry and the design of exteriors and interiors.
Aluminium Composite Panel – BOND
Bond panels are modern sandwich panels composed of two outer aluminum layers (5 mm thick for building), including a low density core, LDPE (low density polyethylene), low flammability mineral material or a non-flammable mineral material
Cut from the face:
1. Protective foil
2. Color film (PVDF, PE)
3. Aluminum sheet
4. Adhesive bridge
5. Kernel
6. Adhesive bridge
7. Aluminum sheet
8. Protective coating
9. Protective foil
They can be easily processed by wood and metal tools:
- Cutting, cutting, drilling
- By rolling on cylinders
- Milling
- Cutting, bending
- Bonding, riveting, welding and screwing
